I don't see any zones when I try to check in a vendor

If you don't see any zones when you attempt to check in a vendor, you're not configured to check in vendors at any zones. To add zones, do the following:

  • Login to your account.
  • Click the "Contacts" button in the main menu.
  • Find your contact by searching in the search form.
  • Click the "View" link beside your contact.
  • Click the "Gatekeeper Zones" tab.
  • Check all of the zones you'd like to be able to check vendors into.

You can do the same thing with your department memberships by clicking the "Departments" tab.
